It's a total scam. They appear to be a real business because as someone else already mentioned they are fraudulently using a legitimate business name, but if you look on the Better Business Bureau, you'll see the phone numbers and websites don't match up with the information in their email. Also, it is illegal in the US and in Canada for a lender to ask for an insurance premium payment prior to releasing a loan, so do not give them any money up front because they will just end up taking your money and not giving you the loan. They ask you to pay the insurance premium through a MoneyPak card, but if you do so and give them the account number, there is no way to track who is taking your money. I've already reported them to the BBB, FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, and to the Federal Trade Commission. If I were you, I'd do the same and submit all the paperwork they sent you as well as the email correspondences. The person who contacted me was "Mary Wilson".
