I bought a new Highlander in Spet 2013 from Battlefield Toyota in Culpeper, VA. A sales woman talked to me about this awesome product called Xzilon. She told me it will protect my car inside and out if I was smart enough to buy it. I was told they covered everything, EVERYTHING! Only thing she told me they wouldn't cover was a knife going through the seat. Thinking it would be a smart idea I paid the high price thinking to protect my investment in a new car.

About a month or so later my son accidentilly spilt diesel on the floor of the back seat. Thinking I would be covered I called the sales lady. She told me diesel was not covered in the fine print under "toxic substances". I was shocked! When she wanted my money she assured me everything and anything was covered. Now when I had a problem they couldn't push me away fast enough. She did offer to get me an estimate for them to detail my car to try to clean it up. They were more than willing to deal with the "toxic substance" when I paid for it again but wouldn't touch it when I went to them under a claim for a product I had already purchased from them.

What use is this product when I go to them with a claim they deny it? I was promised they would cover everything. Guess it's only good enough until you drive away?
