A lady named Tina called me at WORK and said I was approved for a $5,000 grant from the government which I could use to spend however I please. I asked her to verify my address, which was 10 years old! Then she wouldnt give me an internet address or phone to call her back, but she insisted that she needed my routing number and banking account number and that she couldnt do anything to my account, which is wrong. Oh, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I could hear her hand him the phone, not transfer, but hand over the phone which is in a facility "with over 100 customer service lines". What a joke!
