The company has a website called Grant Express which offer you an introductory offer for the price of shipping and handling only which is a total of $1.98, but they charge you 3.77, 3.73 and 69.95 for material that they don't send and tell you to go to your spam folder to find the material. I called them on the phone the phone and customer service representatives seem to be somewhere other than the US, since they all have foreign accents.
They refuse any refund of your money and are very apologetic.
