Ok here goes. I found this site called Scammers-Alert.com, it talked about Grant sites and which were
scams and which were good. The web address is:

www.scammer-alert.com/govt-grants.html?t202id=859&t202kw=government%20grants

The number one pick said the following:

Visit Government Grant Solutions Website

Price: Free ($1.98 shipping)
Money Back Guarantee: Yes

Review:
Government Grant Solutions grant kit is the premiere online grant package and my #1 top pick.

Currently they have over 350,000 satisfied customers and have helped acquire millions in grant money
for people every year. Their government grant success kit is free all they ask is you cover a small
$1.98 shipping fee.

If you can't find a grant to fit your specific needs here it just doesn't exist. Government Grant
Solutions is the only company I reviewed that guarantees to help at least one person a day get a
government grant. Their grant listings had thousands of grant programs for numerous purposes. Housing
grants, education grants, real estate grants, you name it, they have it. In my experience the staff
always answered my questions and knew a lot about the grant process. They are experts in the
government grant field.

US Financial Resources

Now when you click on the link it leads you to a different website an https:

mysearchforgrants.secureauthority1.com/?affiliateid=2577&cid=1031&sub_affiliateid=CD3523

At the bottom of the page it states the following:

* Results may vary *

We guarantee that you will receive your Free Grant Software in the mail with in a few days, all we ask
is that you pay for shipping and handling. Submitting this form shows the acceptance of the Privacy
Policy / Terms and Conditions of the web site.

There is a small Terms Text link at the bottom of the advertisment. When you click on it there it
states about the 'trial memberships' as follows:

. TRIAL PERIOD AND BILLING

2.1 By submitting an order, You automatically receive a 7-day trial to The Grant Resource Center. Your
7 day trial begins the date of sign up. Once the customer's trial begins you have 7 days to decide
whether to accept Your Subscription. Prior to the expiration of the 7-day trial period, You may cancel
Your subscription by calling toll-free at (888) 237-6422 or by writing to
MySearch4GrantsAndFunding.com, 1548 South Missouri Avenue, Suite 332, Clearwater, FL 33756. Should You
fail to cancel Your Subscription within the 7 day trial, You will be billed $69.95. Additionally, You
will be billed $69.95 again 30 days from the Receipt Date and every month thereafter for Your monthly
Subscription unless canceled by You.

Now for one, when I paid I was taken to www.grandfundingsearch.com not

www.mysearch4grantsandfunding.com and the phone number that was on my billing statement was (866)

607-1071 not the above 888 number.

This is a total bait and switch company (if not they would've place an acceptance of terms box on the
fillable form, not used deceptive trade practices). But even if they say you agree, nowhere does it
mention them giving IWB Club your information for a trial subscription, that has to surely be fraud on
that part.

Since finding this new information I have tried to contact the MySearch4GrantsAndFunding website
instead. I wonder if this is why when I cancelled, it wasn't cancelled in the first place.

Here are the addresses for the BBB reports on Grant Funding Search LLC, IWB Club and My Search For

(888) 237-6422 (only one I could find so far)

Even if they are allowed deceptive trade practices, giving IWB my info was fraud because it did not
state in the terms anywhere that my info would be given to them and they gave it to them after the
second time I cancelled. I'm not sure (since I couldn't get through to their phone # on my bank
statement) if I'll get any refunds but if not there are places to file complaints at:

Better Business Bureau (since My Search for Grants and Funding has no complaints wonder why ;):

www.bbb.org

Consumer Fraud Reporting
Attorney Generals
Reporting on the Latest Frauds, Scams, Fake Lotteries, Spams and Hoaxes:

www.consumerfraudreporting.org/stateattorneygenerallist.php

(complain to your state and the state they do business in on Deceptive Trade Practices)

FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection Complaint Form:

www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

And if your bank won't help you by giving you the Federal Regulation E form (by law they half to if
requested) contact your state bank commission (threaten them by name) which you can find your state on
this website:

State Banking Commissions:

http://www.consumeraction.gov/banking.shtml

Don't give up because I don't intend to (enough complaints to state agencies could get them shut down
forever) and make sure you file your own ripoff report too!
