Grant Help Center, Grant Writing Don't be duped into anything from these people, another example of ripping off the common people Cheyenne Wyoming
I was recently layed off and thought I was pretty smart until this happened. I seen on the news about this grant process to receive money for schooling, so I went on line and applied and wanted the cd, I never heard from them so I went online to their website and sent a e-mail saying I have never received the cd. I then received a e-mail back stating they were working on a lot of requests and it would take awhile but in the meantime read this. That's when I seen they were going to take out 74.95 from my account every month. I wasn't happy at all, at this poin,t so i e-mailed back and told them to take me off their mailing list and to cancel everything with them. I also called them and left a message but no reply. They still took out the money from my account.
How can they keep doing this to people? I do not have a lot of money, my only resource now is unemployment and I am recently a widow. So I called my bank and they cancelled my debit card and they are watching out in case they try again, They do not have my acct number, thank God. Something has to be done with these people. with all the recent ripoffs going on this just adds fuel to the fire.

Government Grant Scams
The "free money" scam has been around almost as long as the human species. It has more variations than a bulldog has wrinkles but you can count on one thing: the government (any government) does not simply give money away to individuals. Anyone who tells you differently has larceny in his heart. If you give him your bank account number, he will soon have your funds in his pocket.
Below is a tiny sample of the hundreds and hundreds of complaints we receive about the many versions of this scam. It does no good to list all of the names used by these bunko artists because a.) they change all the time and b.) every single free-money government-grant offer is a scam. Period.
