Grant Master Billed me $5.95/mo after I had cancelled. Said I had to pay the first one, after that it would be cancelled. I don't believe them. Internet Internet
I ordered a Grant Master CD that was supposed to be $1.97. After I ordered, I received an email stating that a 14-day trial membership for $29.95 would be billed to me unless I cancelled. I called to cancel. Cancellation No. MV3180040. I thought that thils would be the end. Three or four days later, my bank statement shows a $5.95/mo for membership. I called to cancel that. Cancellation No. MD3180042. I was told that it was too late to cancel the $5.95 already posted, but future charges would be cancelled. I don't believe them. I didn't ask for this and I want my bank account credited for the $5.95.
I filled this report out before and received a confirmation code: 436064, but I cannot see on your site where it was recorded so I don't know if it went through.
Can you please contact me and let me know if this has been processed?
