Grant Resource Guide I was never told that there would be a monthly 49.50 charge to my account, I only found out do to my statement. I keep calling and I never get to talk to no one. It tells me to do it online. But there is no where to do it at. I have been charged to monthly payments of 49.50 and want it cancelled now, but unable to. Las Vegas Nevada
I want this to be cancelled but unable to. They have charged my to 49.50 payments without me knowing. My card is about to be maxed out do to them. I have never been able to talk to a real person. You push 3 to cancel and it tells you to use your user name and password which is your zip code. But no website to do that. I have never used the disk that I got in the mail until today. To use it you have to have an email to verify it that I never recieved. So unable to access this to activate the disk. I am really upset. I want this to be cancelled I will pay them the money back, if I have to as long as it gets cancelled asap.
