VERY STUPIDLY I sent for a $1.96 cd...boy, bet you heard that before. THEN comes the charges of 39.95 each month. But...no extra help of any kind and no CD. I thought it was a continuing charge for the program if I liked what I saw in the CD. I could not get a reply from them. I got no CD...no explanation for the continued charge. SO...thanks to reports from RipOff Reports...I followed the suggested line of defense. That was TWO Months ago....and HERE THEY ARE AGAIN. I kept checking to see if the charges were made in the last two weeks of the month. The past month they were made in the first two weeks......and now pending in the last two weeks another charge. My bank now says they will file a dispute charge. This came after I stayed after them like suggested from Ripoff. I again when to their website to CANCEL. AND...I changed my account. The charges WILL stop...but I hope other people find out. Thanks for your help. And thanks to Frank Williams, too!
