My report is being charged for service not issued.After visa card was inputed and the conformation came back i wasnt able to access the site and no cd was mailed.The day after i was charged 49.50 twice plus 1.97 to access the site.Grant Resource stated there will be NO REFUND.Although there is no access to the website.I think this is a d**n shame and this company is nothing but a scam. They need to be investigated. Plaese be aware of this grant writers scam artist.
