Unfortunately, I fell for their promises too - I should have known better. When I called to complain about the charges on my account and cancel my membership, all they did was keep putting me on hold. I finally did get them to cancel (I hope . . . we'll see on my next bank statement!) but no refund was given, even after I complained that they were charging me $49.95 a month, and I was sitting there - right at that moment - looking at their web site where it stated that it was only $29.95 per month! The girl I talked to didn't know what to say, and instead of arguing with her, I said good bye and decided to fight my battle here! I will always advide anyone who asks about this company to steer clear -make a u-turn now.

My main concern is that Sue is taken care of. As of now her account has been refunded and closed. In regards to the statement of the representative who could not answer the question about the $49.95 charge I apologize for that as all of our representatives are required to have the knowledge necessary to handle all calls received. At one time we were processing a higher charge ($49.95) for two memberships combined rather than seperate charges for the two memberships and this would have been the case on this account. Since then, our site has been changed to reflect a billing of $29.95 for one membership. Like I said, my apologies to Sue and if there is anything else I can do please let me know.
