Grant Search Assistant NO ACCESS TO GRANT SEARCH WEB SITE, DOESN'T EXIST! NEW YORK New York
I subscribed to grant search assistant, then discovered their web site doesn't even exist! I then tried to contact the parent company, "Big Rewards," and I got no response. I'm now trying to write them, and stop the charge on my credit card.

Our website does exist and I offer my apologies if you're having a difficult time logging on to it. "Big Rewards" is not our parent company, that may be why you weren't able to reach us.
I believe I was able locate your account and see that the additional services were cancelled prior to you being charged. If you need to reach customer service the number is 866-396-5718. There you will be able to find a pleasant representative that can assist you.
