Grant Search Assistant refuses to cancel service, continues to filter monies from accounts, ripoff Internet

I ordered the CD under the introductory offer listed in the website. Prior to the intro period closing, I did call to cancel, as instructed. however, since July of this year, they have continued to removed $49.95 from my bank account on a monthly basis, even after several more calls, disputes filed with our bank, and grieveances filed with better business bureaus.

After reading this website, I am outraged at the number of people experiencing the same mob style shake down from this fraudulent company. If I were anyone thinking about making this purchase, please reconsider, for your own sake...

This is Angela again, and I find the rebuttal printed here to be highly offensive. I have emailed and called the contact numbers as listed in the rebuttal, and have received NO ANSWERS. I have yet to have any refund of the funds removed, and would like to have this RYAN character contact me personally to discuss who he supposedly gave the monies back to....

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Angela. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Angela had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

I have located Angela's account and the charges she is disputing have been fully refunded as of today.
