Complaint Review: GRANT SEARCH

I was billed out of the blue for some grant / cd / service. I have never heard of these clowns. I called and got some credit confirmations. Intially for a dollar and another for 1.99. I wasn't going to call but glad I did as the Credit Card CO informed of mor incoming charges. I called and they did issue credit confirmations but I had to 'go up the ladder' to a supervisor to get the initial credits I called for as they wer "non refundable". WHAT? I have never ever even heard of these people. Fraud by some one else or by them? I wonder.
