I ordered their CD thinking I had two weeks after receiving it to review the information. It took two weeks to get the CD and they charged my card within that time. How could I "Simply cancel anytime within your first 14 days, and [you will] not be charged" when it took that long to get the CD? RIPOFF!

When I Finally got the CD, it had no paperwork stating what the password or log-in ID were, and I do not remember receiving an e-mail after ordering that contained that information unless it came as an e-mail name that was unrecognizable.

After I had the CD for a one week I decided to try to get in touch with Grant Search Finder and tried looking up their phone # online because NO link on the CD worked when I clicked it. (I realized later that I had to type the links into the browser to connect to a site, but still had no password or user ID). I had a hard time finding an e-mail address or "contact us" link on the internet also, but eventually found a phone number on the last page of the CD.

However, I found your site with another complaint against them.

I called this morning and told them I just received the CD a week ago and still in the trial period. I asked them if they had charged my card. They could not "find" me in the system at first, but I persisted. Then they said they did charge me and that it was stated on the page I ordered from. True,I looked at the bottom of the page and it was there. But that's double talk and misleading because I it took about two weeks to get the CD in the mail. I'm in California. They are in Utah. What's the deal?

When a client opts to receive one of our cd tool kits, they agree to be charged a monthly fee if they do not cancel the program during the trial period. Our normal method of shipping out our products is within 48 hours from the order date. Occasionally, but very rarely, a person's cd does not make it to them in a timely fashion. We are sorry that this client did not receive their cd quickly during the review period.

An email is sent directly after the purchase, which this client would have received, giving them a login and password to get into the learning center. In the learning center, there is the option to immediately download the information that is on the cd, and this option is always available.

It is unfortunate that this client did not read the email they would have received from us at the time of order. They were told at the time of purchase that they would be receiving this email, but apparently this client did not read this notification either.

We have refunded this client and have fully compensated them. It is unfortunate that they still have issues when they have not been harmed in any way. We have thousands and thousands of very satisfied clients that are using our program and love it. We are sorry that this client feels like they had a bad experience.
