If you've been an unfortunate soul, as I was ONE YEAR AGO. I've been paying monthly subscriptions to 3 UNKNOWN companies.
Grant Search A; GSA (who knows what the difference is??); and Network Administrators. I finally got ONE PHONE NUMBER for Network Administrators who tells me their services are basically piggy backed onto the Free CD I received. There was NOTHING included with the FREE CD that indicated that in 14 days I would automatically be subscribing to THREE separate subscriptions, $5.95 per month; $7.95 per month; and $29.95 per month having NO WAY to find out who was charging because a phone number or web address is NOT being supplied with the account debit. TWELVE MONTHS... Thank you Rip Off Report. I found your article from Lisa in Illinois today and obtained the company info from their rebuttal that was attached. Shipping and Handling charges ($five bucks), seemed innocent enough for the FREE CD that would help find college grant money for my children. How many returns did we get? ZERO!!!!!!!!!!! How much did they end up with for the "FREE CD" ????? $526.20!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE A REFUND EITHER....
So, now it's off to Consumer Reports and the Office of the Inspector General to report the fraud.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Tammy. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 14-60 days depending on which bonuses apply, the reason we do this is because we want our customer's to have the opportunity to utilize our services and to evaluate the value for themselves. We would not have charged Tammy had she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offers end.
