Grant Search Ripoff billing without permission, 29.95, With Free CD Las Vegas Nevada
My name is mike, i requested a free CD on the internet from grant search. I have recently realized that 29.95 has been removed from my account for 5 months in a row. I contacted a number provided to me by a previous rip off report, that number got me to someone that told me that they have a new number which is 1800 986-2720. I then called that number and spoke to a representative, for a company that specializes in "providing information on grants" The company is not called grant search,it is called RAVEN MEDIA, anyway the representative could only refund 1 previous payment. After i was persistant i was transfered to a manager and i explained everything to her also. She could only issue me back 3 months of previous payments, i said i want alllll 5 payments in my account in 5 -10 business days or else. She gave me a confirmation # and i was told the money would be in my account in 5 - 10 business days. Don't take no for an answer!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Mike. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Mike had he cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
Unfortunately, I was not able to locate Mike's account to verify his dispute was resolved. Mike, I would be happy to speak with you, to make sure you're taken care of, if you'd like to contact me.
