I fell prey to their promise of receiving a free Government Grant. I suppose I was desperate as I lost my job and my husband is on disability. They charged our VISA $2.98 for shipping of a DVD and then after the trial period would charge approx. $39 a month.

I know this was a gullable action on my part but these are desperate times for everyone. I feel really stupid.

I called their customer service and insisted they cancel the whole package and to not charge any monies to my VISA. The person I spoke with was insistant they are not a scam and kept trying to convince me not to cancel. At one point she just got plain rude. But I did keep insisting and was provided some confirmation numbers. Three to be exact.
