The offer a CD for the cost of shipping. $3.95 is not a big deal, but the CD never came. They offer a monthly service that doesn't exisit for $75 each month. There is no customer service. Phone calls go unreturned, no listed e-mail. I did a google search on Grant Ventures LLC. This is the information I found. Grant Ventures, LLC
