Dear Mr. Ryan R.,

"If you are another customer that is reading this and you feel that we have failed you in some way please call me directly at 435-773-1795 or email me at ryanr@wskc.org and I would be happy to address your concerns ASAP."

Above is a quote from you reported by "Rip-Off," a web site by consumers, for consumers, a service of badbusinessburau.com.

I, too, suffered the same fate as others who subscribed to your Grant Writer Pro offer: $3.00 trial period of 14 day and suddenly charged $29.95
without an expected respectable by-your-leave even before the grace period expired. And more unmentioned and unknown charges in the future, certainly.

Simply, communication between your Grant Writer Pro company and myself as a consumer was totally ignored and you just went about the business of doing whatever you wanted to do without consultation with me as client, who was not given a say in this subscription transaction whatsoever before being tolled.

At the same time, the Raven Media disc you sent me refused to follow mouse commands on my G4 10.4.8 Tiger Macintosh. Evidently, the disc was produced for PC users in mind.

Please live up to your above quote and refund my money en toto as soon as possible.

The refund should mitigate my dissatisfaction with an inoperable disc and at the same time my being embroiled in a business transaction that is mired in controversy, as the RIP-OFF reports suggest.

Incidentally, why don't you have a post office business address we could write to for business purposes? Like sending back to you a useless disc?

And your surname?

A respond from you by e-mail, your means of communication, aside from the use of the telephone, will be highly appreciate.

Sincerely,

Jay martin

Resolution Offer

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Jay. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Jay had he cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

My apologies to you that you weren't able to utilize the information contained in the CD. I have refunded the shipping charges to you along with the other charges in dispute as of today.

As to a mailing address for our company, it is listed in the contact us area on our website and also on the cover of the CD you received.

If you are another customer that is reading this and you feel that we have failed you in some way please call me directly at 435-773-1795 or email me at ryanr@wskc.org and I would be happy to address your concerns ASAP.

Sincerely,

Ryan R.
