Grant Writer Pro ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
i filled out info to receive information and a CD for free grants online. i thought the CD was going to be $3.95 plus shipping but when i got my credit card bill i have been charged $29.95 for 2 months. when i phoned the company i was told that i agreed to a continuing service monthly unless i called them back and cancelled this contract. i did not receive an email with my name and password as this person told me. i never used this service because i was not aware that i had signed up for it. when i told them i wanted the charges taken off my credit card i was told that i could not do that because i had agreed to the terms of service. today, September 15,2006 i have notified the company grant writer pro and my credit card company of fradulent charges. i would appreciate any help in this matter to get my money back and to keep others from being scammed by this bogus company. also, i never received a CD from their comapany.

First of all I want to offer my apologies to Camille. It is not our policy to have our clients pay for the shipping and handling of a free CD and then not receive it, and then get billed for the bonus material that accompanies the CD. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate an account for Camille, but I would like to help her with the resolution she is seeking.
