Grant Writing Express Billed initial 3.95 for cd, did not deliver. Billed additional 74.75 unauthorized by me. Have turned them in to VISA as a fraud. Cheyenne Wyoming
Asked for cd for 3.95 about government grants. Was billed for cd, did not receive it. Was later billed for 74.95. Did not authorize.
Have reported to VISA and my credit unoin as possible Fraud.
