Complaint Review: Grant Writing Express HLD*GrantHelpOrder.com

I ordered a CD from GrantHelpOrder.com (Grant Writing Express)which was advertised for free, just pay shipping of $3.95. It didn't come for a few weeks. The company did email me and say that i could download a version while i waited for the cd. i never contacted anyone by phone or online to recieve any help.

when i recieved my first statement it had the initial $3.95 charge. next statement had a charge for 74.95. i cantacted the vendor. they said they would remove it. next statement had another 74.95 charge added to it. i called then.

i called my credit card company and we did a three-way call with the vendor. i was told again that the charges would be removed. after another charge of 74.95 i finally saw 3 credits to my card statement. i figured that would be the end of it.

granthelporder.com sent a rebuttal to my card company so i recieved a charge back to my account for 74.95. my card co. sent me some paperwork which contained info from grant writing express that explained if i ordered a cd that somewhere in fine print that it was a 7 day trial which must be cancelled in order to avoid a 74.95 charge. i never recieved any such paperwork when my cd arrived almost a month after i ordered it.

i have tried to contact the merchant by phone and the number listed for them is no longer in service. how ironic.
