GrantConsultant Customer Service says the main company does not have a phone and you will have to write. Reno Nevada

I called Grant Consultants and they sent out the CD that was advertised on TV. After looking at the program I decided I didn't want to persue it. I called the 800 number and could never get through. They give you the option to leave a message and they would take care of it. Well I did.

I requested them not to let this go past the 14 days. Next thing I know is there is a charge to my account for $33.87. I called customer service to request a refund. She said that department does not have a phone number (do you know a business without a phone?) and I would have to write. So I did. I wrote 2 letters and received no answers, acknowledgements, nothing.

The company themselves said they didn't get the message to stop the account. Not likely. They dumped the phone messages. They are not there to help the consumer, just ripp them off.
