Grantham University Still ripping people off ripoff Kansas City Missouri
It is sad to hear that a current employee is able to discuss negative things about Grantham and still be employed, however; when you stand for not being treated like a child laborer you get terminated. It is also terrible that I have been departed from this less than ran as elementary institution since Feb 2007 and none of my students that I assisted have been contacted nor assisted.
It is also a crying shame when a company doesn't know how to remove one's name from the menu. Grantham I promise people can get better educated by watching the Backyardigans. It is a shame that George is in denial should I Quote word for word the things that have been said to co-workers. It is also funny how half of the place is being operated by drug users if they had to take tests on half the folks there Grantham would be no more.
It would be the right thing to do if you stop taking peoples money and trying to get by off of the Hurricane Katrina catastophe you didn't even have the audicity or the decency to be honest with them. STUDENTS WHEN YOU ARE TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM IS UPDATING LIES THEY DON'T HAVE A CAPABLE ENOUGH COMPUTER TO RUN THE OPERATION SO IT CRASHES EVERY OTHER DAY AND THE I.T. DEPARTMENT IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF MONKEYS.
Basically in order to remain an employee either kiss there a** literally or let George think and tell you of all the perverted things he can do Funny how many people say the same thing about you Georgy. Also, if you are skeptical about enrolling notice that there are several misspelled words on the website and they won't fix it either they don't care; that's just to let you know that we are sloppy but THEY still call themselves a higher instituion for learning PLEASE!
I have several students who have rallied with me in hopes of getting this debacle of a business closed because they are your average ordinary Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and you should be ashamed of taking our soldiers money who fight hard everday to keep this country safe. It is my opinion that complaining on Ripoff report and posting on internet forums might warn potential students; it does NOT force Grantham to act. Complaining to the RIGHT people (The Government and Military) will make them respond. Since the majority of Grantham Students are Military, it's important for them to seek help from their respective services if they're having problems. If enough complaints are processed, DETC COULD revoke their accreditation, which could cause a chain reaction: The military and the VA GI Bill won't pay for an unaccredited school, which would eventually force Grantham to change their ways for shut down.

I am currently a student of Grantham. I was slightly worried about the comments made here so I e-mailed 7 potential employers and asked their thoughts on obtaining a degree from Grantham. The overwhelming response was that they would accept an engineering degree from Grantham because it is in fact, an accredited institution. They have their problems but I have not experienced any of the problems mentioned on this website. As for Grantham being a Diploma Mill, I highly doubt it. I almost died trying to learn Antennas and Microwave Propagation, a course written by Grantham. I compared what I learned and my syllabus to what MIT teaches; It was the same although MIT has specialties that Grantham does not. Electronics is electronics no matter who teaches it and I would encourage anyone who likes to work at their own pace to join Grantham. I finished two, two month courses in two weeks and 3 days and moved on to the next set.

As a graduate of Grantham I can say that I was very happy with the school.They were helpful in the resolution of all my problems. Some of the Instructors were better then others at responses. Not a place to go (no on-line school is) if you need a lot of Hand holding.I was able to transfer my completed degree to a regional school after looking around.
My employer was happy to pay for the education and I was promoted afterward. No deceit on the part of tuition or expenses. Everything is laid out to you on the website and in Materials received.I really do not care, as a student, about who is sleeping with who. The engineering course work was more challenging then my on campus schooling.
To you upset employees, move on to other experiences and quit crying.
