Complaint Review: Grant Help Center

Ordered the FREE CD, just pay the shipping, Yeah right. Told me they were making more and would be back ordered. Suggested I just purchase online content. tried the help center and got no where. I'd have to pay some bigger $'s if I wanted to actually get a list. Now I find out they have been charging my credit card after I made a verified cancelation of their services. Reporting to the better business bureau as well and notifying my bank.
Truely the worst scammers and unethical practices I have seen in a long time. It's no mistake, they are doing it intentionally hoping to keep sucking money out of you with out you noticing.
