My wife purchased a new washer/dryer (over $1,500)last May, 2010. We paid Grants to deliver/install the new appliances and dispose of our old units.

After the technicians left, we tried the new washer, witch immediately did not work. We calledGrants and they stated it was a problem with the washers electronics and it was a manufactorers issue. Forget the fact that we had it delivered just minutes before from Grants.

The manufacturer, Whirlpoolcould not help us right away. Bottom line, Grants did nothing but delay helping us for 2 weeks and we had no washer/dryer during that time. We finally had to purchase an even more expensive model, have them delivered (which they came with the wrong equipment and delayed it another day).

Grants does not provide good customer service or back what they sell. Will never purchase from them again.
