I was sent a 5X4 postcard claiming to be able to get me a grant in the amount of 25,167.28, very specific I thought because Usually grants are rounded off to make the governments job easier anyways the card claimed that the grant may be used to get out of debt, purchase a new automobile, make a down payment on real estate, pay for children's education, or start a business. At the top of the postcard said final notice and bottom an experation date all pressing you basically to call immediatly as if you werent going to make the cut off and therefore loose your chance at the 25000 grant. In the bottom right hand corner was a * offical form number which I searched via gov database to see if such for existed and did not. The form number was gov/grant-0015-2010 basically a redo of the date format that we use in our everyday life. The number on the card which I ran through the 1800's database via internet and found that the number was paid for monthly by prepaid card and was a service provided by a website so that you can have your own 1800 number at little cost. Next was an authorization code 932 which has no purpose and hours of operation which the scammer uses as his quote buisiness hours. His so called office at 325 pennsylvani av SE washington, DC 20003 is a cafe within the US (www.yelp.com/biz/wellnes cafe) wellness cafe in Washington ha nice place and has outdoor seating where any scumbag with a laptop can access local wi-fi service. Also another very interesting fact his postcards were made by an internet company that can be customized and is 200 postcards for 5.99 so at little cost he scams Americans for 59.99 one time fee for paperwork for the grant which he never sends nor do you get the grant all at a low price of avg 10$ a month and make hundreds of thousands to the ignorance of innocent civilians who are already struggling.
