I signed up figuring i was appling for a grant, i was wrong. i was told by alvin cotez that i would have 7 days free trial on the internet. the password and user name was invalid.
The 1.98 was for shipping because he said they are mailing me an applcation. that was suppose to arrive in 3-4 days. It never did!! i called back today and cancelled thats when"mandy" wanted to sign me up for a "free"30 days. needless to say i never even got my $1.98 worth!
