Grants360 www.fed-pack.com tried to charge me a $57.61 monthly fee after $2.97 for rubbish info. Internet
I'm sure it's buried in the fine print somewhere, but I didn't see that my $2.97 was for "1 day access only" and that afterwards I would be charged a "monthly subscription". A monthly subscription to what?! There's no useful information there!
Support was fine about canceling the subscription to avoid FURTHER charges. But when I asked if they had reversed the $57.61 I was charged, they asked if I had read the terms and conditions before signing up with the website.
