Grantsc.com Led me to believe that I would be able to apply for govt grants with their help Internet
I ordered the cd for 1.98. I then was charged 59.95 and today I found another charge for 17.95. I can't find any information to stop these charges to my credit card. I want my money back.

OK you said you can't find any info to have the charges stopped...YET you have the website of the company in the title to your complaint. Go to their website to get info... when you ordered the cd you agreed that if you did not call to cancel your membership within X days, that you would pay the monthly membership fees.
you have to READ before you agree to anything... the terms are outlined on their site... The front page of their site gives you a big red button to click to cancel your subscription and even has a search tool for those who need help.
Next time, please pay attention before giving out your credit card money.

The scammers know most people are too lazy to look for the free info and take full advantage of it
GET THE SAME INFO FREE FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNEMENT
