I wanted to find a way to further my education after being laid off. I found a website that offered help to find grants.

After paying the trial fee of 1.95, i found that my account was charged 69.90 for two months. The last charge overdrafted my account. Now I've been charged a total of 176.25 for a product I cannot access.

I contacted customer service for help with the loggin services and they were unable to help me. I requested a refund and was denied all but half of one month's fees. I was told i would receive 34.45 in three days, but nothing else.

I want all of my money refunded to me including my overdraft charge. This website is a ripoff and they should be stopped. I hope the people working for this company sleep well at night knowing they are taking money from people who only want help. Maybe they work on commission!!!
