Complaint Review: GRAPEMAILS.COM

Please note that I joined 'www.grapemails.com', on the November 15, 2008 a PAY PER CLICK programme, and their minimum PAY OUT as per their website was US$90,000.00. I did reach in excess of US$90,000.00, touching a total cash account balance for my pay per click with their above site on reaching a total of US$105,570.00, after toiling for a full 30 days to reach the above figure. It was specified in their website that the PAY OUT for its members, both free and paid members will be remitted through member's opted e-mail id, or any other mode of transfer, while at the same time offering a pep-up sugar-coated offer that if one becomes their 'DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP', which costs US$35.00, one can INSTANTLY receive their balance PAY OUT through their payment e-mail id, and in my case my e-mail id was PAY PAL, through which I remitted the above amount to become their one-life-time 'Diamond Membership'.

It was regrettable and ironical that even after 10 days, no PAY OUT came to my payment id, at which I once again contacted them on the status of the same, for which their payment receivable e-mail id: paystyle61@gmail.com promised and guaranteed that once I pay 0.2% of US$105,570.00 as their trade fee, my account cash balance for pay per click work amounting as specified in the above line will be transferred to my e-mail id.

But ironically, to my shock, disappointment, I did NOT receive even a single penny, eventhough I did remit US$211.14 to their payment id: paystyle61@gmail.com immediately on receipt of a letter received from this specific their payment id to my e-mail box. Hence I raised a dispute resolution case with PAY PAL, which was excellently and uniquely handled by the payment processors, but unfortunately, due to my oversight, I did not look into PAY PAL terms and conditions of a dispute case raised.

I will put in a clear manner, as how I was cheated and taken for a ride by the payment id: paystyle61@gmail.com to which PAY PAL contacted and got my REFUND of US$35.00, but the other case of non-receipt of item for the amount of US$211.14, I was wrongly misguided by payment id:paystyle61@gmail.com to first click the CANCEL button at PAY PAL payment system, and then contact him for the final pay out of my total account balance of US$105,570.00, which I eventually blindly, foolishly, stupidly followed his advise, suggestion with ulterior motive by him. Hence the case was closed, and as per the rules, once the case is closed, it cannot be revived by PAY PAL.

I request some good soul in this planet to help me get back my REFUND of US$211.14, as it was a debt incurred by me to my credit card, and as am a man of meager means, am at a very critical financial situation with no source of any large income to pay back the unwanted due raised through them.

Now recently, I found 'www.grapemails.com' site itself is NOT to be found, and when typing that name, one gets another unconnected new site, with a new subject. This is the modus operandi where there is no hold to get the money back.

Am now keeping my fingers crossed.

Let cheaters, fraudsters, con masters, be condemned and spitted by all good people on this earth, which is created for all to be happy, and not for only a few happines and prosperity is their property.

ALMIGHTY is the only one answer for all this injustice from man to man !

Shame on scamsters, cheaters. They are earning without putting their sweat and blood and sucking other's blood instead, for which they all will go direct to HELL, that is for sure.
