I bought the car in October and since then almost every time Grapevine Ford has serviced my car they have broken something on it.

Note: Car is completely stock, second car, never driven in rain, garaged, and treated better than my kids, sorry to say.

Well-documented example:  TPM sensor indicated low pressure one morning.  I thought, what safer place to take it than the dealership that sold it to me right?  Wrong.  In the process of topping off my stock tire, for some reason their tech went into my trunk and ripped open the spare tire compartment ( we all know Shelby's don't have a spare tire),  tearing the carpet and scratching the crap out of my Shaker Pro speaker box in the process.

Also documented, tore up my one of my stripes when applying the zaktek coating.  So be careful there.

Most recently and most importantly, my car came with a paint chip in the center console which my sales professional kindly agreed to correct.  The problem was the dealership did not know how to remove the shifter knob.  Guess is was loctited on.  Long story short, they had to use vice grips and destroy the shifter knob to get it off.  They put a knew knob on and replaced the chipped console as promised and I thought I was done with that.   Then the other day I was driving back from the Hardware Store and lost the ability to shift into most of my gears... Almost wrecked.  No reverse either.   Very scary!!!   I took the car in and now they accuse me, who only drives this car to the gym and back for the most part with 3800 miles on it, of doing the damage.  Never raced or even been to a track.  I just got angry and left.  The sales manger "Tony" also told me I had "melted" the tires.  Ridiculous. They look brand new.  I promptly took it to another DFW Ford dealership under different ownership and they laughed at the notion of me ragging on the car.   Said the tires and car looked brand new.

Grapevine Ford is not cut out to service GT500's.  I am sure if you have a lower-end pickup truck or Focus, you will probably be fine with them.  However, if you have a more expensive car or high expectations, I do not recommend this place at all.  In fact, having my $ 70,000 car serviced by them has been a nightmare, and nothing short of that.   If I had a time machine, I would go back and avoid the place at all costs.  Such a huge mistake I have made.
