It appears this company deals in all falsehoods. 1) First of all they advertise that they can "beat" any written quotes. Not true. This is false advertising. I provided the company with two quotes that were extremely lower than this company's quote. I provided the company with quotes one of which was 3.95 less per unit. Wow. 3.95 per unit less. Not only that but I provided the company with another quote that was over 3.00 less as well.
2) after the company did not get back with as quick as I expect I email and the company eventually sent a quote and stated that they could do the job around $12 per unit at 50 units. This company said "i'm at" $12 per unit for 50 units as if to say that the price could be higher or change. Or it came across to us as not being a definitive statement of cost.
3) the company clearly did not agree to sign and defended that fact that they should not have to sign an NDA. True they do not. And that's what my complaint stated. It is our opinion that failure to be willing to after providing a quote is not professional. This company lies again and states that they had no previous intentions of doing business with us. Not true and we have the quote to show forth. We then ask for a NDA to be signed and were aware that they did not communicate thereafter and therefore thought it to be sketchy and wanted to provide this information to a legal advocacy portal and did so. Now they have stated that they more less never quoted anything and just didn't want the job with again is not true like their ad to "beat any written quote" which is false and after they clearly told us to send our quotes to them. They clearly pick and choose what quotes to challenge as we had to remind them to quote our request. Their ad has been saved as we expect it will change soon.

I should not be forced to sign any NDA docs if i choose not to do the work. or work with the company.
they did not ask me to sign any docs until after they sent thier files, it is not my fault if the person send information berfore makeing sure they are free to do so.
they should learn to send the NDA prior to releasing any drawing. and then they have the nerve to say its my fault for thier blunder and then go on to post it on ripp off . Please get an understanding on how things work. I am so happy i chose not to work with a shady company like this.
I have the trail of emails showing everything and can provide if need on how they admit to not sending the NDA. this is a false report and should be removed.
i have the list of email that shows how they asked for a quote, sent over the drawings, i provided a quote and at the end they say oh ! i was informed to send an NDA but by that time , i was no longer intrestede in working with them for the amount the job.
