Complaint Review: Grappone Ford. Concord NH. USA

I recently purchased a Ford F150 which I thought was really great. It turns out that the truck has problems with its computer during cold weather. In other words it won't start. I called the service department and their solution was to floor tha gas pedal and it might work. It worked once but it is not working now. I have been late to work on several ocassions before and now I can't even get to work because of this problem. I am furious..!! Now I have to tow the truck to a garage and have it DIAGNOSED. I feel Grappones attitude of "Oh Well, Sorry" is unbelieveable.
