Grassroots Marketing Express, Grass Roots Marketing, Isaac Walden Over Promised and Never delivered Jacksonville Florida
Isaac Walden from Grassroots Marketing Express contacted me with an email that basically said exactly what it states on the website "Results Guaranteed or our Service is Free". I am always looking for a good provider for Mortgage leads. We agreed on a 4 month contract for $1296.36 I would pay $648.18 upfront, with an additional $648.18 at the completion of the contract.
It started out strange because he sent me an invoice with with a FedEx label stating to send a check. I wanted to use a charge card, but Isaac insisted it be a check "at least for the upfront". Yes, I did have a bad feeling about sending a check, however, this guy is a strong sales person, and like a fool, I sent in the check.
It's been nearly a month now, and Isaac always has some kind of excuse as to why he hasn't fulfilled his side of the agreemnet. He's sent some marginal artwork that looks like all he doest is cut and paste a few things in from info he found out about me on the web. I started complaining about 2 weeks after he cashed my check. He said "you have not approved the art work". I told him that I had reveiwed the art work and I responded to the email with the corrections. I told him that I was getting very frustrated with the procees and wanted my money back. Since that time, he has not picked up his phone or returned a single call. Stay away from this scam artist.
