Exact same thing happened to me as the other poster. Whoever is running this website can barely speak English but was more than willing to chat with me via their chat function on the website until my payment went through. It simply never came and now they won't respond at all.
Used to have a Canadian address and an 800 phone number listed. According to their IP address they are actually based in Austin, and calling the phone number leads nowhere. Both the address and number have been taken down from the website.
They've got a bunch of logos ("certified vendor," etc) at the bottom of their webpage.. which are most likely all fake.
I paid through PayPal so hopefully this can be resolved.
Don't buy from this vendor.. it's clearly just a guy in his basement running a scam.. The grammatical errors on the website should've been enough to tip me off
