Gravity Autos Roswell Mitsubishi (parent company) Fraudulent Sales of Extended Warranties and GAP Insurance Atlanta Georgia
I purchased a vehicle in May of 2013 from Gravity Autos in Chamblee, GA and financed through Santander . Along with the vehicle I purchased an extended warranty in the amount of $1500 and GAP Insuirance in the amount of $699.00. A couple monthss ago I contacted the extended warranty company to check on my coverage and was told that it was rejected in October of 2013 due to nonpayment. I went directly to the dealership and spoke to Eric Williams who at the time was the new finance manager. This was the third finance manager I have come in contact with at this dealership since my purchase. He said he would look into the matter and get back with me. I told him he had until the following Fiday. He never reached out to me. I have emailed several times since asking for a refund to be sent to my finance company for these amounts. He asked for my account number to send the refund and I asked for a copy to be sent to me. I have heard nothing from him and no response to any further emails from me. My next step is to file a civil lawsuit to get a judgement. Then I have to file a FIFA to collect. This report is to make individuals aware of these types of frauds especially with these crimimnals.
