1) I have heard some bad things about the Grayson name but I thought that nothing could happen to me!!! YEAH RIGHT!! I went for a bmw 525i and they sold me a used Mercedes. I asked them if it had been in any previous wrecks and they assured me that they would never take a car that had a bad history.

My sales person gave me a carfax that said no prior history.

About a year ago I found out that my car was damaged when I took my car in because it would not stay alligned and it started pulling to the right. The Mercedes dealer said that it is pulling because of the frame being broken from my accident. I said WHAT!! I have never had a wreck! And they said it looks like that car should have had a salvage title, the entire under body is messed up and it is very unsafe to even drive the car. They gave me a car to drive and I went to Grayson and they said it didn't have any damage when it left the lot, but it did!!! I ordered my money back and it took alot but they eventually paid me exactlly what I paid for the car and I let them keep my benz.

I called the first owner of my car and they said they had a wreck in it and got it fixed and then 2 weeks later they had another bad wreck in which they fixed it and traded it in. They had papers that show Grayson knew about the wrecks before they took it on trade. When Grayson took it in on trade they only gave the previous owners $15k for it. I payed $36K for it. So this just shows they knew what they were doing and they ripped me off!!

These people are crooks and they should not be allowed to opperate in business!!!

John:

They may have lied to you but you have the responsibility to be a savvy buyer. You would not be having this problem now if you would have had a mechanic you paid for inspect the car before you bought it.

Car fax? Forget about it. Car Fax is as worthless as the BBB!
