Grazina Jonaviciene purchased this home from her son Karolis for $405,000 on Sept 11, 2007 and has since destroyed the home.
Home prices in the area have fallen not risen. Be very careful if you purchase this thru a Sheriffs sale sight unseen.
Grazina failed to maintain the home the entire time she owned it. The basement is extremely moldy and is estimated to cost tens of thousands of dollars to remove. The roof leaked for months without repair. Mold has spread throughout the home. Basement is definately the worst.
Fireplace leaks when it rains. Shower in bath on main floor leaks into basement.
Critters live under the shed and in the south side of the home.
Property tagged by DuPage Building and Code Enforcement on 8-14-08 for multiple violations including mold.
Listing boasts 2 kitchens, illegal in DuPage County. She was tagged for this specific violation.
The large backyard floods. The majority of it is under water during the months of Oct thru June. Basement floods all the time.
Neighborhood is great. This house is a tear down.

Grazina Jonaviciene was tagged by Building and Code Enforcement on this property August 8, 2008. One violation included renting a "sitting room" as an apartment in a single family home.
She continues to rent the "sitting room" as I cruised by over the weekend just to check up on the property. The grass in the back yard is about 3 feet tall. The place looks worse than ever. It's shocking that the county continues to allow this slumlord to do business here.
Don't even think of purchasing this property unless you plan to tear the house down. Tons of mold and I suspect its only getting worse.
Hey Grazina, since your so rich you can afford to give your money to various law enforcement agencies please do the right thing and contact me to pay me my $2600.
I'll continue to update and warn the public about this shady landlord/realtor. I'll update when I recieve my $2600.
