So this company provides oil change services. Shouldn't a company that specializes in oil changes be able to remove a stubborn, tight oil drain plug?? This is the business you are in.
Then the manager doesn't have the ba!!s to even come over and speak with me.
In the past when I took a Toyota with 300,000 miles on it for an oil change all the manager wanted to do was sell me high mileage oil and an additive. I told him the oil gets changed every 3,000 so I would rather not do anything different. Needless to say I stopped taking that vehicle there.
The recent experience was trying to get an oil change on a Saturday since I work long days during the week. What a mistake, took over 30 minutes for them to get vehicle into the service bay, only to be told 20 minutes later that they couldn't remove the drain plug.
STAY AWAY and don't send your wife or girlfriend because they will rip them off!!
