Complaint Review: Grease Monkey

I purchased an automobile and had it towed to "Grease Monkey" in Hagerstown wanted it checked out and estimates for repair. Next thing I know Pat calls up and says "it's ready for pick up" $884.34 for a tune up on a 4 cylinder not only that but he charged me $35.00 for a fuel filter I supplied, $20 to take off 2 clips and replace fuel filter, charged $159.00 for a battery whose suggested retail from the manufacture was $119.00, $9.98 for battery protectors that were not installed, the hanger for emergency brake was dragging the drive shaft their solution was to drive with emergency brake partially on instead of replacing bolt and mount pulley properly. This place is a total rip off!!!
