Complaint Review: Grease monkey

I used to work here at this grease monkey. The other workers can be cool or assholes. So your day at work may be good or just horrible. First I would say to never buy into the air filters or cabin air filters. You can get them for so much cheaper somewhere else and install them yourself. You Neil never need a cabin air filter! Even if its dirty, most cars don't even use one. Never buy into wiper blades or anything for repairs. The blades at my past shop were $16 dollars a peice! The same ones are at Walmart for $10. Also don't ever do a tire rotation, what a wast. Discount tire will rotate them for free!!!grease monkey charges $20. What a off. Wheup you pull up I would honestly tell them that you just want a new oil filter and your oil changed. There are times when we would be very busy and would be hurrying and a car does not get serviced correctly. I was a full time hood tech prior to quitting. The people that work there are complete druggys With no education. The wage sucks too only 8.00 an hour. We also never owned up to any mistakes or breaks that we diAlthea treat their employees like crap and there is no lunch break. Although I would recommend doing a tranny flush. This location does not scam you but like anywhere relate they do try selling stuff that you honestly don't need or can get much cheaper.
