The owner of this company's name is John Baile. He can best be described as a "wolf in sheep's clothing". He came across as extremely professional and courteous when we first met with him regarding performing work at our home. He made us feel very comfortable that we were hiring the right person to do the job because he said he and his family would perform all the work themselves. We were promised work would be complete in 1 week.

After doing initial demolition and leaving our property in a completely unusable state, they vanished for 1 week. We had paid them 60% of the total contract price up front. At this point we had nothing to show for it.

The project was not complete for 7 weeks, during which he sometimes returned our phone calls, and when he did he was rude and used profain language. He left us hanging for many weeks during which time he had thousands of dollars of our money and we had absolutely nothing to show for it. All we could do was pray he would eventually show up and finish the work for which he had already been paid. I think he only finally decided to come back and finish because he needed some more money and wanted to be able to collect on the final 30% (which he couldn't do until the work was complete) I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Although we understand that any delay in a project fusterates the homeowner, we can only work on outside projects when the weather permits. In this case, there were only nine days in August that it didnt rain which of coarse put this schdule way off. Heres the link to the weather history for that month, http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/KCLT/2008/8/1/MonthlyHistory.html. We do our best to reschdule jobs but again cant reschdule the weather!
