I was not satisfied with the service I received through this company.  I received my furniture 1 day late.  My furniture was damaged.

I had an antique sitting chair and I received it with the lag broken.  This chair was purchased by my grandmother in the 1920s.  This chair was priceless to me.  My sofa was torn, a fan was broken and when my furniture was picked up the movers put a hole in the wall of one on the bedroom doors.

I was quoted one price ($1,600) and after the men had loaded half of my furniture they then told me that the price would be over double the price I was quoted ($3,300).  I asked the men at that time to take my stuff off the truck and they told me that they would not be able to do that with out charging me for the time they had spent loading the truck.

I spoke with a person named Mike that said he was the owner of the company and Tony who said he was the manager.  They said that they would make sure that the price I was quoted would remain the same, after they had my furniture they then said that I had over 1000 cubic feet and it would price would be $3,000.  These two people were the most deceitful people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and My Credit Card Company with my complaints.
