Great Call, Inc. A Breach of Contract, by failing to give Customer Service. Grand Terrace California
Great Call, offered me a benefit incentive, whereby, they would pay whatever amount I owe on my phone bill, if I sign up for an "Auto-pay," for 3 months. All along I have put up with a sick phone, that they sent me free, because of another problem with their phones or turn over of the type of phone they have active. Each time I call to complain about the phone, they trouble shoot the phone, promising to fix a problem that never was fixed.
So, I became frustrated with a list long of service issues, cell phone malfunctions, poor customer service and rude employee's over the phone, that I called in the cancel their service. The representative said my service will end, and that if I change my mind, I can call in to have my service re-instated. She said I owe nothing and that my service will end on Sunday.
Early this morning, about 6 am, I started to receive automated calls from GreatCall, because they want back the monies that they paid off to keep me as a customer and for ending service. I in turn called customer service who then, transferred me to the Financial Services Department, to ask them what is going on. In that department, they are rude and disrespectful and did not transfer my call to the manager, whom I asked to speak too.
It was always some smart a*s employee, taking the call, instead of transferring my call to the manager, like I requested. To conclude, I still did not speak to the manager, and they said they have re-instated the bill of 114$ that they paid on my account for signing me up on "auto-pay."Thus, dispite all the phone technical problems, the complaints about their service, they still will not let me go.
I do not recommend this company at all, and would not gift their phones to anyone.
