 Great Call a cell phone service reads their terms over the phone through a telemarketer. I bought their cell phone which I thought was overpriced then agreed to their cell phone service. I neared the end of the month's service when Great Call called me and said I had gone over my data (my phone usage did not agree) and they said they would be billing me an additional $104.94 for going over my data limit. They also told me that they would automatically withdraw it from my account on file even though I was protesting the charges. This company may be ok for seniors who don't use a cell phone except once in a while but I would not recommend it for someone who uses their cell phone all the time. Besides if you are in a cell phone dead zone your phone is useless anyway and you cannot reach 5Star which is the thing that draws seniors to their service in the first place.
