Complaint Review: GREAT CARS AND TRUCKS

I purchased a money back guaranteed ad from GREAT CARS AND TRUCKS on april 2, 2007, and learned soon after that i had been scamed. It was impossible to attach a picture, which i assumed they didn't care if you posted or not.
The clever part was that a credit card purchase can not be contested after 90 days, which is the required waiting time to get a refund. To ad insult to injury, they give you 7 days from the end of the 90 days to get a notorized copy of their refund form and a copy of you registration with my statement that it hadn't been sold. i did recieve a reply that they couldn't refund my money since when they recieved my information it had been 99 days, 2 days more than the 97 allowed. I obviously knew i would never see this money ever again.
In the 90 day period, i never recieved a phone call from any possible buyer, after great cars and trucks told me they had many pre approved buyers waiting to buy my car at full price. No need to discount it.
i just hope that more people don't fall for this scam. i know the money is long gone, but crooks like this shouldn't be allowed to prosper from honest citizens. I feel canada bares a lot of the responsiblity for not policeing their companys
