I note that there are 13 complaints on this site alone (now 14 with this one) Every one of them has been rebutted by firstly Jim then James Stewart and lately simply James. He has posted one email proving one refund - not because the advertising didn't work but because Great Cars And Trucks were considerably overpaid by one of their clients. Of course James did his best to belittle his customer in an attempt to make him go away but he wouldn't. So after 3 weeks of total lunacy by James he finally relented and realized that he would have to purchase a dictionary and find out the true meaning of the word "refund". Because he could do nothing else he was forced to refund - ouch!!! that must have hurt James.

So James please don't try to convince us that you refunded because your 90 days of advertising didn't work - you would have faced litigation if you held out much longer - it wasn't your money you were refusing to give back. The majority of complaints are about your convoluted refund policy which is designed to protect Great Cars And Trucks from refunding.

Might I suggest all readers of this report simply hit the search button at the top of the page and copy and paste Great Cars And Trucks into the search field and read all of the reports to evaluate the integrity of James. It does appear that hundreds of millions of people are wrong and out to get Great Cars And Trucks and he alone is the perfect businessman who has to protect Great Cars And Trucks from these evil people who try to get refunds that they are entitled to. Don't give up the fight James - the more you fight the quicker you sink the "good ship Great Cars And Trucks".

Life is terrific and now I will sit back and wait for my tirade from James - bring it on!!!

Do us all a favor and sell your car on Auto Trader and stop bad mouthing a good company

I am a repeat customer at Great Cars and Trucks. I have listed 2 cars my sons motorcycle and a truck and I have sold - 1 of the cars, the motor cycle, and the truck. My total cost $240.00. The money I made of the 3 sales was aprox. $14500.00. It took about 6 months to sell them all but If I would of used the auto trader which I did for a while, it would of cost me about $840.00. I have nothing bad to say about this company and it's unfortunate that some idiot that can't understand a simple money back guarantee can be such a low life and go and post stupid comment about a person named Susan who is just trying to do her job.

You can't please everybody that is true, but you don't have to ruin a good thing for everyone else. Great Cars and Trucks is a legitimate
company with great customer focus and YES they will sell your car, It might not be overnight but who cares for $60.00 you could have your car posted for 5 years if you wanted. No extra fees, you can't go wrong.

Do the math, how much would it cost you if you used Auto Trader at $70.00/biweekly for 5 years?

You are dense, and you have just proven it. You still say Adam should have gone to his CC company to get his money back. WRONG! It was fully up to GC&T to refund his money. And by his own post, he said GC&T apologized for the inconvenience that was caused him.

That whole situation should have been easily handled as it was quite clear GC&T OVERCHARGED HIM for his ONE ad. How many more times does this need to be said? Do you need to be hit over the head with a hammer to get this through your thick skull?

There was no reason Adam should have had to wait 3 weeks for GC&T to finally come through on the credit (I say credit now instead of refund. Maybe that will clear things up for you.)

Stop coming to this site and trashing the consumers posting here. It reflects bad on your company.

Dear Wally;

Anyone that has read these responses has learned the refund policy. They also know that I am not an employee of GC&T.

They can also see people being "very abusive" & they can see people naming names & personal phone numbers. I call that vindictive & not useful when you are trying to get people to change policy.

I really do not think that most people care. I certainly don't as I have explained in full to you how this whole thing works & also anyone who reads the reports.

Not only have I "personally seen" refunds, I have shown proof that money has been returned. For "whatever reason" it was refunded, it was refunded & I was not a part of that.

I did advise Adam to let his "Credit Card Company" handle the problem, as he was not being successful himself. I also had another person "Johnathan" advising him to do the same. If he would have done that weeks ago... I am sure he would have received a refund before hand, but Adam does not even publish his phone number on his ad. Possibly GC&T's could not contact him.

I have explained "in full" the advantages of using GC&T over other services. Wally I hope you don't get a job in sales, as you cannot see advantages when they are right in front of your face.

I have disputed "all of your claims" & again... just like others, when you have nothing else to say, you insult.

So I will not sink to your level by disputing you any further. The posts written by me are there for anyone to read & I think they cover all issues.

If any other issues come up... I will be glad to dispute them if they are mis lead. However I see no further reason to respond to you & I will not be doing so in the future. I have already answered "properly" all your beefs.

I hope anyone reading this will also read the other things I have written to Wally & see that I did my best to make him understand .
